Andy Yeo (Founder) Our founder Mr. Yeo started playing percussion & drums from 1981 at Tuan Mong High School Military Band. After completed his secondary school studies in 1985, Mr. Yeo served his National Service from 1986 to 1988. In 1986, 3 months after the Military Basic Training he was successfully passed the drumming audition and interview at The Republic of Singapore Air Force Band Headquarter and successfully posted to The Republic of Singapore Navy Band as a drummer & percussionist. Due to his outstanding performance after 9 months in Navy Band, Mr. Yeo was appointed as a trainer of percussion section in Navy Band. His responsibilities includes; conducting audition, interview & selection of new trainees, also involved in coaching, training and evaluation as well as appraising their performances. During his 2 years tenure in Navy Band, Mr. Yeo performed at numerous major parades & ceremonies, public, indoor and outdoor concert events to The President & Prime Minister of Republic of Singapore, Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, as well as Overseas Ambassadors. Other public performance includes: National Day, Army Day, Officer Cadet Passing Out Parade and Changing of Guards @Istana. All these years Mr. Yeo has worked in music related industries in drums educations which includes government school bands, coaching to individual personnel & groups. Also having the opportunities to work with music production house in sound engineering such as Summit Holdings for international well-known records label such as BMG Music, EMI, Polydor, Polygram, Pony Canyon, Sony Music, Universal Music & Warner Music etc. Mr. Yeo has accumulated extensive experience not only in performing and educating but also has in-depth understanding on the student's future development and constructs positive personality behaviors for them.
